All product, service, business, and experience reviews (collectively referred to as "reviews" or "comments") shared on the Realsector Digital Trade Network (“Realsector”, “platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”) are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Every user (“user”, “member”, “you”) who submits a review through the platform is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
1. Purpose and Scope
These Terms govern the processes of sharing reviews and comments on Realsector, aiming to ensure the creation of accurate, reliable, and fair content. Realsector aims to build a transparent, honest, and trusted digital trade and business network.
2. Responsibilities of the Reviewer
2.1. Accuracy and Authenticity

Reviews must be based on the user's own genuine and firsthand experience.

Fake, biased, misleading, or manipulative content is strictly prohibited.

Content written in exchange for payment, gifts, or incentives without being explicitly stated is considered hidden advertising and is prohibited.
2.2. Impartiality

Reviews must not be driven by personal vendettas, anger, aggression, or negative manipulation on behalf of competing companies.

Evaluations must be based on objective observations regarding the product, service, or business.
2.3. Legal Limits
When submitting a review, the user agrees not to share content that contains:

Insults, profanity, threats, or defamation,

Racist, discriminatory, or derogatory statements,
-
Personal data (addresses, phone numbers, ID information, etc.),
-
Text, images, or media that infringe on copyrights or intellectual property,
-
Unsubstantiated, misleading, or slanderous information.
3. Rights to Publish, Edit, and Remove
Realsector reserves the right to partially or completely edit, remove from publication, or refuse to publish reviews in the following cases:

Suspiction of fake or manipulative reviews,

Violation of laws, public morality, or platform rules,
-
Content intended for advertising or self-promotion,
-
Spam, inappropriate, or irrelevant expressions,

Reviews submitted under incorrect categories,
-
High-frequency and repetitive reviews by the same user.
ℹ️ Realsector is under no legal obligation to publish all submitted reviews.
4. Business and Company Responses

Businesses may respond to reviews written about them by using a professional and respectful tone.

Business responses containing insults, threats, or aggressive language will be blocked or removed by Realsector.

Businesses may file a dispute claim with Realsector regarding reviews they believe to be unfair or false.
5. License and Right to Use Reviews
By submitting a review, the user grants Realsector a license that is:

Worldwide

Royalty-free (Free of charge)

Perpetual
-
Irrevocable
-
Sublicensable
This license covers the use of the review on the Realsector platform, promotional materials, social media content, and marketing campaigns.
6. Privacy and Personal Data

Any personal data shared during a review is at the user's own discretion and initiative.

Realsector does not publish personal data in review areas that the user has not explicitly chosen to share.

Personal data is processed in accordance with KVKK and GDPR provisions.
7. Prohibited Review Types
7.1. Conflict of Interest

Reviewing your own products or services to boost ratings.

Slandering or unfairly downgrading competing businesses.

Reviews written in exchange for money, gifts, or benefits without full disclosure.
7.2. Content Violations

Pornographic, explicit, or obscene content.
-
Unlawful disclosure of personal data.
-
Sharing trade secrets, confidential, or proprietary information.
7.3. Manipulation Campaigns

Organized attacks or defamation/smear campaigns.

Coordinated negative voting or commenting activities.
-
Reviews generated via bots or automated software.
8. Legal Liability

Each user is personally and legally responsible for the review they write.

All damages arising from unlawful content shall belong solely to the respective user.

Realsector does not act as a mediator or arbitrator in disputes between users and businesses.
9. Realsector's Disclaimer of Warranties

Reviews reflect the personal opinions of users; they do not imply validation, verification, or endorsement by Realsector.

Realsector cannot be held liable for false, inaccurate, or misleading reviews.

Reviews may be temporarily unavailable due to technical or systemic reasons.
10. Right to Amend
Realsector reserves the right to update these Review Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated terms become effective immediately upon being published on the platform.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise.
12. Acceptance
Every user who submits a review on Realsector is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all terms outlined herein.
